Our Mode of Search
We release our vacancies through any of the following process:
Candidates can apply for the vacancies listed online by either emailing their CV’s to the Consultants (as advertised) or fill the application online. Once the application form is filled and the CV loaded the candidate will receive an acknowledgement on the email address provided.
Information about the Application:
Soon after the specified period the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a personal interview. In the case of not included in the short-list, the CV will be retained in the database to consider to any future suitable positions.
Call for Interview:
For the shortlisted candidates Intime Representative will contact the candidate to get further details and to compare them to the requirement. After conforming the competencies and profile as expected by the client a personal meeting between the two will be arranged.

SHORT LISTING OF CANDIDATES
After the interview with the candidates, a short list of selected candidates will be prepared and will proceed it to the organization with INTIME Comments. The short-listed candidates will be informed about the final interview with the Representative of the Organization. IN TIME will give necessary advise to the candidates to keep at time of final interview.
The successful candidates will get the Offer Letter within a short period after the final interview with the Organization Representative. The Offer Letter will show the nature of the Position, job assignment, salary and other benefits, joining date, etc. This will also include any other specific terms and conditions to be observed. The candidate has to sign the copy of the Offer Letter as an acknowledgement to proceed further with his/her appointment, legally.
